How To Make A Homemade Stereo

Emergency Mobilization

Calling Lecturers
Masters Conf ': Emergency Mobilization Act

LRU, "Chantier dedicated staff of the university" (or reforming the status of teachers and researchers) Circulars AERS, reports: The University is changing rapidly. Faced with this mutation
questions arise. In particular, the position of assistant professors who becomes increasingly unstable. Existing problems (career development, salaries) are compounded by others, related to changing the status of teacher-researchers.

For these reasons, and because a university reform can not occur without concern to take into account the status of lecturers, we believe that we must come together and mobilize us.

We ask
1. Equal participation of Lecturers to all committees.
2. Guarantees as to the modulation of services.
3. An evolution of our career and a salary increase.

1. Equal participation of Lecturers to all committees.
• National (Schwartz commission on changing the profession of teaching and research "site dedicated to the staff of the university" or more specifically on education by field of law). • Local
(Selection Committee replacing committees of specialists involved in the recruitment procedures).

2. Guarantees as to the modulation of services. The LRU
specifies that the Board may define the "general principles of distribution service obligations (..) between teaching, research and other missions." Moreover, the idea grew that the services of lecturers should be differentiated between teaching, research and administrative tasks.

Therefore, we ask:
• Establishing clear criteria for allocation among the various services through joint institutions.
• The definition of the same criteria for all faculty members irrespective of their status.
• Guaranteed to choose the distribution of its service.
• Warranty can change from one year to another, the distribution of its service.

3. A evolution of our career and a salary increase
promotions through long are far from adequate, even trivial in some disciplines. Therefore we request that more faculty positions available through time.
Finally, we request the upgrading of our salary scale.
