For the renewal of the office of the Association a meeting was held in the Salle Louis Cadena. Speaker at first gives a brief account of the activities of the association and after using ; contributions to our Treasurer Cathy reminds us that
contribution required from each member covers a portion of the cost of the day of the Tour of the donkey
and our association is that the grant from the Municipality,
Herve He said the friendship between our two associations and Los Calandreta Ciutadins, and that joint activities were already planned for 2011.








Our small association of rich 50 members try to preserve at all costs this tradition and pass this joy with simple, festive and friendly spirit that characterizes much.
After the meeting a dinner aperitif ended this pleasant evening, our secretary Jean Claude has provided Cabardès wines that were appreciated for their value as well as deli de la Montagne Noire. the crepes made with love and skill under the watchful eye of mom Nelly, decorated with whipped cream, prepared by our friend labrube were tasted with as it should with an excellent stew de Limoux.

This is not, frankly, the table that comes to mind, especially with more than 400 brands, Cannes would prove to be quite comprehensive on the subject! Facing the Chateau de la Napoule, there is a new "small" hotel with eight rooms, which just passed under another "flag", which the table would in all likelihood, we are told, be "promising"! Loups Montlouis Field Size Remus Plus 2008 : Class A nose of white fruit, plum, hawthorn, minty note, chalk art on a background honey and a slight woody caramel / vanilla but graceful. The mouth is round, powerful, tasty with a material that embeds a tensile structure, with the extension, race, on the plum background salivating chalky, slightly smoky / caramel. The finish is smooth tense, powerful, and one side of peps on salty plum, flower, chalk and a beautiful persistent chalky slightly woody / smoky. First for me on this wine that I imagine is to see the wood, but supports it well, and can give a nice wine but will mature very Montlouis-you it? I'm not surprised that blind, you let go a Chablis. VG-Ex 90-93 (16 to 17.5)


Haut Medoc, Chateau La Lagune 2001 : A fine nose, elegant, deep in the blackcurrant, capsicum roasted red notes of cedar, graphite, and a touch greedy couples on a light vanilla, I love the class of Bordeaux wines. The mouth is plump, savory, with a nice round attack, then it grows in depth, framed fine silky tannins, finesse, elegance, accompanies the fruit just ripe, graphite, tobacco, a hint of vanilla spice. The finish is fresh dynamic, slender and very good persistence of ripe black fruits, touch of cedar, graphite notes, tobacco. Class, digest, surperbe dinner companion. Everything I like in Bordeaux. Excellent 93 + (17.5)

Riesling Drei Exa P. Ginglinger 2008: A fine nose of citrus, lemon, grapefruit and floral notes against a background naphtée flint peaty palatable. Mouth wide, with their flavoursome attack that relies on a nice tension, well coated with lemon, flint, naphtha, and set up a floral note and subtle gourmand. The finish is fresh, dynamic, saliva, on the flint, lemon, flower. At the top for a wine generic. TB-EX 89-91 (16 +)


Vosne Romanee Les Violettes Christian Clerget 2003: A powerful nose of fruit black cherry compote, candied orange note, one side of opulent épiceavec a hint of Zan, thyme, bay leaf and a back light burnt mocha. The bocuhe is dense, robust, broad, imposing with silky tannins on the attack but a tad dry Finnie, ripe black fruit on the grass aroma, light mocha brulee. The finish is needed on a subject very solid, ample off very persistent for a village on the ripe black fruit and herbs and the one side burnt mocha. VG + 90 but not in the delicacy of this vintage. By cons no softness, heaviness or rather the power, of force.

Series dinner recently, presenting bottles couple.Généralement, RCs are made before dinner at the opening of the bottle and can be completed the next day if necessary.

Riesling Eichberg 2008 P Ginglinger : A modest nose, sweet, candied orange flower tip. Mouth sweet attack, on round wrap a frame lying on the citrus, and peppery notes naphtée white. The dry finish is powerful, well wrapped in sweetness, but especially high persistence citrus white pepper, naphtha. Still very young, the wine was closed but it promises. Ex 90-93 (16 to 17.5)


Chateauneuf du Pape 2008 Clos Mont Olivet : A precise nose of fig, plum, spice on a background a little vanilla and blood orange . The palate is fleshy, flowing contour with soft tannins, round the plum, fig, and vanilla, spicy. The finish is soft and a little loose, according to the vintage anyway, and a little vanilla marked. Not the thrill but already fun for those who like a little vanilla anyway (Besides, I'm surprised because I am not sure this thought sees many new wood). Perhaps a spicy special collection that day. TB 87 (14.5).

My son will no difficulty to connect to wireless broadband in the apartment. The air conditioning in the winter, ask any good addiction, does that mean it will not work openly on the side heat! Health side, the apartment will play the card of generosity with the first shower in Italian in shades of beige that is accessed by a dressing room with many cupboards (safe included). In the small lobby for access to an apartment (really) big closet to put your luggage safely.
