Hyperpigmentation On Face

A gentle return to earth after the holidays: Pomerol, Meursault, Rimauresq

Hello,

To go quietly until this weekend, pretty bottles history to re-acclimate smoothly to "all comers" :-) after the party:

Vouvray Clos Naudin Domaine Foreau dry 2007: A white fruit nose, acacia, citrus edge on chalky background. The palate is soft on the attack, then right, long a voltage well coated with a material round the lemon, chalk, acacia. The finish is round, but rather short on lemon, hint of flint, chalk and citrus background. Very Good 88-90

Meursault Spikes 2007 BC: After the strange experience of the VV for the day of the year, it was again checked the drinkability of the 2007 Patrick. A beautiful nose of fresh pear, plum almost, tip brioche, marzipan, flower vine see note hawthorn. Sensual mouth with a nice attack on sweet, delicate then it tightens and it feels like a straight line stretched from the extension, is the racy flavors of pear, brioche frangipani, flower vine. The finish is round with a hint of fresh saliva and dynamic pear, frangipanne, a bottom edge and chalky toasted distinguished (and more tense as the end cras, more delicate than the Charmes). Excellent 91 especially for a town name! In addition, a real potential in 2-3 years to gain in finesse and complexity.

Pomerol, Chateau Petit Village 1990 : A nice nose of black fruit, leading kirchée bitter, with hints of mushroom, humus, dead leaves on a background of smoky charcoal. The palate is fused, stout, broad with silky tannins and delicate a structure contruite the bitterness with black fruit, dead leaves, stale tobacco. The finish is round, large, sweet, bitter edge black fruit, tobacco leaf life with an honest persistence. A wine to the point, very Pomerol nice. Very Good 87

Cote de Provence, 2006 Rimauresq : A seductive nose of creme de cassis, kernel, laurel cherry notes kirchée cocoa and chocolate on the bottom edge smoked. The mouth is wide corpulent black currant, black cherry tip kirchée background chocolate mocha, round tannins but a bit further drying in the finish, damage. The finish is strong with a hint kirchée, greedy side boundary blackcurrant jam, chocolate cherry and slightly smoky. A nice wine with a strong personality and evolves serene. Very Good 87.

Sincerely, Matthew
