Exit bad memories ...

Here is an address that has just changed hands since December 13 and, apart from the decoration remained unchanged, was mainly applied to a large-scale clean! Would this mean that the old management was not up to par, maybe not! But rather that staff did not care completely! Exit therefore "bad memories" and welcome to the new "management." The steak Simmenthal apple mashed potatoes, surprise at the outset with a specimen of about 350 to 400 grams in the texture perfect. Linguine with salmon will not be entitled to sprinkling crumbs salmon usual, but real nice pieces, well balanced, and suitable cream sauce. The net charge of St. Peter, and risotto with lobster bisque sauce, will reveal the strengths rather unexpected. A nice "staging", a rice-bodied taste, creamy and smooth as you like them! Knowing that everything would be done by house, we had even less scruples to do a little victory lap with a dessert creme brulee not really convincing, a waffle honey and lavender glace vanille beaucoup mieux « éduquée », une tarte citron meringuée pas vraiment mémorable (excusez du peu) et l'incontournable moelleux au chocolat qui, malgré ses deux spécimen, ne se révélera pas comme une exception, au point de nous faire quelque peu douter de l'origine de sa conception ! La partie dessert n'aura donc véritablement pas cette « constance » qu'affichait les plats précédents ! Dommage ! Un point auquel il serait judicieux de remédier prestement !
