He runs good round!
ago something changed in the sunshine of the Riviera, including Cannes visit one of our bistros affectionate, that of Patrick Diez. On first glance the atmosphere will prove more intimate, more lounging, with lots of little details that we will wisely changed. For example, this "alliance" of high tables, bistro tables, and large round tables, or lighting a lot less "bar-tabac" (thank you Patrick!). Go, go to the high table for four, just returning to the right overlooking the bar, the cases of Château Simone Chateau Arnold, Chateau La Gurgue, Margaux and others like this Siren of Giscours. Hardly the registered order, the Queen steaming pizza, very white, comes from the outset, you "lick" the nostrils. Fillet of sea bass with sauce vierge appear full of generosity, with his blank zucchini, ratatouille and mashed carrot spinach leaf. The veal cutlet Milanese, macaroni, tomato sauce, Parmesan, would have deserved a "size" extra and a hint cooking less. Risotto with salmon, rice round, creamy and smooth (large) flakes of salmon, will prove quite attractive, at least enough for there were no more a thing! It was not just stay there, so it's a thin apple tart, panna cotta and caramel creme brulee, we derive our "reverence" taste!
