Double virtuosity

You are here (almost) at the heart of Italy, proof if any, that any young Italian couple, Fabio and Laura, in her kitchen and her room, coming from the Andana, the trattoria Toscana Alain Ducasse. Alpine background music, dark and light grays, a small mezzanine of four tables for couples love, and about twenty seats in the restaurant (on benches or chairs) to grant discretion to place a very substantial soul. The map "how Ben" reveals, not a plethora of dishes, but a condensed know-how of Fabio! His mozzarella "Burrata" in the region of Puglia and all'aceto tomatoes, balsamic vinegar of Modena, approach a "delusion" with a smooth taste and an extraordinary wealth more than "demonstration"! The choice of product, and nothing but the product selection! Fabio finally understood everything! Soup Borlotti beans with mussels, bacon and Maltagliati disconcerted (though!) our taste buds rather "driven" to this kind of "discovery"! Fabio, once again, thank you! As for Jacques scallops, olive oil and parmesan, it will be one of the revelations of the moment! Sweetness, excellence and above all a great humility in the service!
tortelli The house, filled with pear confit and Asiago AOC, Parma ham, besides flattering appearance, will play the score of the salty-sweet preppy, a little bit "Curl" !
