You see, when we climb beyond Cimiez towards Falicon, c is that we will "rejuvenate" culinary speaking in the only two places of interest located, casually, a few steps from each other. As of today, our "preference" will go to Thierry Bagnis, the chef and owner of the appointment of Epicureans, whose kindness and skill needs are being touted zero. Everything here is natural, from reception to the kitchen, and this is not your servant "who contradict you! The atmosphere remains unchanged since our last visit, always endearing, soul music included.
